Grant Property provide investors and landlords with a solution to interiors and furnishing of their properties

If you are a landlord with a rental property which needs attention to the interior, we can help. Even with furnishing the whole property.   

We can take care of all your interior and furnishing needs for your rental properties. We furnish properties on behalf of investors, at the end of the renovation process. We decide on what furnishings would best suit the property, co-ordinate the delivery, checking and assembly of all items. We leave each room dressed and ready for viewing by prospective tenants.

The suppliers we use have been carefully selected - for quality, price and service. Knowing that on completion of renovations, your investment property will start to work for you once it is tenanted, it is crucial for us to furnish as swiftly as possible. By using attractive but robust furniture - we aim to look after your budget and provide tenants with a comfortable, desirable living space.
