As a landlord, you will be allocated an ARLA trained Key Account Manager who will be your main point of contact for all matters relating to the care of your property. They will inform, help, support and advise you along the way.

At the onset of our service to you, we will instruct a detailed written and a video inventory for your property. This is carried out at the start and end of each tenancy and is the best way to make sure your property is maintained and looked after well during each tenancy.
We will inspect your property at least twice in a 12 month period. Gas, electricity, safety, fire and PIR inspections will be carried out on your behalf at required intervals, and reports held on file.
You will be notified by email or phone, of any repairs needed. We will instruct a competent tradesman to attend the works, and will authorise repairs on your behalf. A full breakdown of who is liable for what can be found at: www.gmhelp.com.
Insurance claims must be dealt with direct between landlord and insurance company, unless insured on the block policy operated with Castle Cairn on behalf of Grant Management. If you have taken advantage of this policy, our staff are able to represent you during the claims process.
