Because we take no fees whilst it is empty, it’s in our best interest to find suitable tenants for your property as quickly as possible! In addition to erecting a To Let board, we carry out an extensive range of marketing activities. Your property will be advertised on:

  • Property lists distributed to a range of agents and ambassadors

In addition, our dedicated Sales and Marketing team work hard to ensure we maintain a high profile amongst key university, public sector, hospital and corporate personnel. We promote properties generically via outdoor banners and posters, by email to our database of potential and existing tenants and ambassadors, sponsorship with various universities, PR and competitions with a range of media across the UK. Good tenants are encouraged to stay and rewarded through a range of initiatives and competitions.
