Interested in making a property investment in residential buy-to-let property? Grant Management aims to provide a unique range of services for its property investors, covering all aspects of sourcing, renovation, furnishings, letting and management. Currently, we're undergoing rapid growth and our property investment services cover no less than 12 major UK cities.

Our property investment client base is diverse, spanning the UK and overseas. Our property investment clients range from individuals with just one property investment to high-net worth clients with highly developed, large portfolios of residential property. We also deal with a growing number of institutional clients and funds.

Grant Management help people invest in traditional residential Buy to Let property in the UK. We have a skilled team of buyers who source properties in a number of cities across the UK. If a property works in our model, we will secure it. Once ‘won’, we match to our clients’ investment requirements.

On completion of the sale, we renovate throughout. Works include new kitchen, energy saving appliances and total redecoration. All homes are HMO compliant. We then furnish, let and manage on behalf of our clients.

In addition to being mindful of the importance of energy saving, we offset the emissions from all the homes we manage. We do this by planting trees through the registered charity GlobalTrees.co.uk.

We have a strong, clear corporate social responsibility policy which encompasses staff, clients, stakeholders and the environment.
