The successful applicant will ideally possess experience in sales and be target driven.  The ability to build trusting relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service is essential.  Attention to detail is required, as is the ability to problem solve and focus on key issues.

The core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm.  Additional hours of work may be required from time to time.  We are offering a competitive salary and a benefits package is also on offer.  A full clean driving licence is essential.

  • Property Manager: Manchester

Grant Management has an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager (Manchester) based within Head Office at Edinburgh, reporting directly to the Regional Manager (South).

This is a full time role which would ideally suit an organised and methodical individual, with a good telephone manner and organisation skills, who is currently in a similar role, or who can demonstrate sufficient experience gained in a property management environment.  Knowledge of English Tenancy Regulations and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme would be a distinct advantage.  A clean driving licence would also be beneficial.

The successful applicant will require to deliver first class customer service to clients, and ensure agreed processes and compliance are adhered to.  They should be able to manage their time effectively, planning tasks and activities in line with agreed timescales, as well as generating growth through referrals.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm.  Additional hours of work may be required from time to time.

The salary is competitive and is dependent on experience. A benefits package is also on offer.

  • Branch Manager : Newcastle

Grant Management has an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager, based in Newcastle. The successful applicant will report directly to the Regional Letting Manager (South) as a key member of the management team. This is a full time role, which requires a clean driving licence, and would ideally suit a self-motivated, energetic individual, possibly currently in a similar role, or who can exhibit sufficient experience in both Letting and Property Management.

The role requires a strong focus on achieving branch letting targets, and knowledge of both the student and professional letting sectors is a must.

The successful candidate will require to deliver first class customer service, ensuring revenue and profit targets are achieved, and also empower the current team to deliver first class customer service and achieve targets.  They must also ensure agreed processes and compliance are adhered to.  The ability to manage time effectively, planning tasks and activities, is essential, as is providing performance and activity reports on key deliverables. 

In this role, you will be required to attend monthly Management Board Meetings at Head Office, and generate growth through referrals. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm.  Additional hours of work may be required from time to time. The salary is competitive and is dependent on experience.   • New Business Manager : Investment Team

Grant Management has an opportunity for an experienced Investment Manager based within the Investment team at Head Office in Edinburgh, reporting directly to the Investment Director. We require someone to identify, meet and introduce Grant Management to new investors and introducers of our new investors. 

The candidate will be required to build and maintain a strong network of strategic introducers and contacts in the property, banking, IFA and other industries.  The aim of the role is to ensure maximum conversion of leads and to guide potential new investors from initial meeting to first purchase.  The candidate must have experience in this area and be able to foster good working relationships externally at a high level.  Previous new business and sales experience is essential.  We are offering a competitive salary with accompanying benefits package.

  • Receptionist/Property Manager Vacancy

Grant Management currently has an opportunity for a receptionist/property manager dual role based at Head Office in Edinburgh. 

The successful applicant will ideally possess experience in reception and switchboard work within a property environment, although this is not strictly essential.  The ability to deal with calls and queries efficiently and deliver excellent customer service is essential.

The main reception duties involve answering all incoming telephone calls, dealing with all visitors to reception, opening and distributing the morning post, ordering all stationery and printer stock and tracking as necessary, ensuring meeting rooms are stocked, tidy and ready for use at the start of each working day, meeting room diary management, ordering boardroom lunches etc.

For the property management element of the role, the successful applicant will ideally possess a detailed knowledge and understanding of property management and tenancy law. In addition, they should have strong interpersonal skills at all levels, and be highly organised and process driven.  Attention to detail is required, as is the ability to problem solve and focus on key issues.

In this role, you will be part of a team managing a portfolio of properties, responsible for ensuring both our landlords and tenants receive a first class service. An important part of the job is to assist in ensuring all legal and compliance matters relating to tenancy management are adhered to.

Specifically, the role will involve:

  • Managing landlords’ properties efficiently, achieving maximum occupancy and protecting their interest at all times.
  • Ensuring tenants receive a professional management service at all stages of the tenancy process and that any issues are resolved to agreed timescales and standards.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and any representative bodies.

The core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm and it is anticipated that the reception role will span the morning with the property management role carried out in the afternoon. It is essential that complete flexibility is allowed for with regards to holiday cover in the reception role, and there will be holiday periods where the reception element is a full time role. We are offering a competitive salary, and a benefits package is also on offer.
