Customer Service/Lettings Negotiator - Glasgow - £16k

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Customer Service Support of our Property Portfolio, maximising volume of property viewings for sales staff, potentially undertaking viewings, running the office administration and working closely with all clients, suppliers and landlords.  Accuracy is a key requirement.  A minimum of 2 years experience in the property industry would be beneficial, but is not essential.

 Lettings & Business Development - Edinburgh

Grant Management, the UK's fastest growing Property Management company are looking for an experienced Sales Letting person to work in our busy Edinburgh office.  If you are service orientated, have excellent communication skills and are a career driven individual, we would like to hear from you.

Working with a dedicated team, you will match tenants with properties, do accompanied viewings, be involved in lead generating marketing and will work with Landlords regarding the letting of their properties. Initially over the summer months, this role would be Wednesday-Sunday.

A minimum of 2 years experience in Property Letting would be an advantage but not essential. In return, the company is offering a competitive basic salary (£15k-£17k) plus bonus structure, car allowance, usual IT equipment and benefits package including generous holiday entitlement.
