About Grant Property

Grant Property is an ARLA registered letting agent and specialist in helping people invest in residential property.

At Grant Property, we help people invest in residential property...and create safe, affordable flats and houses to rent. We have a number of superb flats to rent and houses to rent in cities across the UK. Grant Property provide property management services to landlords within the UK and based overseas.

Grant Property was set up in 1997 by husband and wife Peter and Colette Grant. With around 100 staff, it is still owned and managed by its founders, with HBOS PLC having taken a 20% stake in January 2006. Peter and Colette Grant based Grant Property's business model on their own personal experience as investors, landlords and tenants. Subsequently, Grant Property aims to put itself in the customer's shoes and to align the customer's interests with their own.

Grant Property's core value is a simple one: we put customers at the heart of our organisation, growing through referrals and word of mouth. After all, there's no better endorsement for your company than a happy customer.

About Our Commitment to the Environment

Grant Property is proud to have achieved carbon neutral status in December 2006. This was achieved through working with the Energy Savings Trust to reduce emissions in addition to offsetting emissions through planting trees. 

We encourage our tenants to reduce emissions and supply helpful advice as to how they can do this. In addition, we are in the process of switching our properties under management to energy suppliers to Scottish and Southern Hydro Electric - a green energy source. We encourage tenants to remain with this supplier, although we understand they have freedon of choice.
